Another fine expression from The Dalmore Vintage Collection. This one was matured in American white oak bourbon casks and finished in Matusalem sherry and vintage 2005 sherry casks.

Nose: Dark chocolate, salted caramel, antique leather, and rich orange citrus.

Palate: Rich cacao, blood orange, dark fruits, marzipan, and moist ginger cake.

Finish: Madagascan vanilla, Seville orange, rich nuttiness, and long dry chocolate complexities.

Distillery Information

In 1839, the Dalmore distillery was founded by Alexander Matheson, a merchant adventurer determined to create an exceptional single malt whisky. In 1867, descendants of Clan Mackenzie took control of the distillery.
