Independent bottlers Heroes & Heretics has proved itself time and time again with its limited edition, single cask and small batch releases of whisky and rum. This release is a real treat, but it won’t hang around for long. Just 300 bottles of this 5 year old Hampden Estate Jamaican Rum, aged in a single ex-Cognac barrel, were produced.

Nose: Brimming with notes of honeycomb and star anise on the nose, pear and honey on the palate, laced with coconut and vanilla.

Palate: Delicate spice and buttery notes on the finish.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
