Nose: Rich brown sugar, caramel, dark stone fruit (prune/fig), toasted oak, campfire ash and a hint of dark spice.

Palate: Decadent and full‑bodied with vanilla extract, toffee, clove and cinnamon, dark fruits, some tobacco/ash edge and robust oak influence.

Finish: A long, somewhat dry finish — lingering oak tannins, white pepper spice, dark fruit echoes and subtle tobacco/charred wood.

Bardstown Bourbon Company is a modern Kentucky distillery known for innovation in sourcing, blending and finishing whiskies. The “Collaborative Series” showcases partnerships with other high‑end spirit houses. For Ferrand II, Bardstown blended multiple sourced whiskeys and then finished them in Cognac casks from Maison Ferrand in France. This transatlantic finish aims to bridge bourbon’s bold American style with French refinement.
