Nose: Its yellow honey gold color features a nose that entices you with scents of fermented malt, cereal grain, pine nuts, almonds, some fruit, and vanilla sponge.

Palate: And as its medium-bodied waxy texture hits your palate, you'll be mesmerized by wondrous flavors of crisp green apples, treacle toffee, mint, fruit skins, nuts, caramel, and some blossoms.

Finish: Long and smooth.

Distillery Information

The Pittyvaich distillery was a producer of single malt Scotch whisky that operated between 1974 and 1993. The Pittyvaich distillery, built in 1974 by Arthur Bell & Sons, was among the youngest Scottish distilleries while it was operating. It stood near the Dufftown Distillery in Dufftown.
