Nose: Toasty notes of oak char and sawdust, roasted almonds, and buttered rye bread, with a touch of minerality nestling beneath.
Palate: Rich char, vibrant rye, more mineral character, with barky spice and peppercorns.
Finish: Sweet spice, buttery caramel, cinnamon, a touch of leather.
Distillery Information
Born above his Daddy's liquor store in the famous Portobello Road, West London, his life spirit journey started in '68 when he was an apprentice with the Camus family in Cognac, and worked alongside the craft and experienced mentors in the distillery and rackhouses.
