Equipped with a 1,500-liter bain-marie pot still from Müller, it reconnects with the heritage of double distillation in Haiti.
Produced by blending old barrels, some of which contained bourbon and others the legendary Caroni rum.

Velier Providence 3 Year Old 2021 | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Airy, subtle. Very nice aromas of slightly burnt cane sugar impregnate the ambient atmosphere at first. When aerated, scents of vanilla, candied mandarin and grilled walnut provide a lot of energy to the aromatic palette.

Palate: Clean, lively. Flavors of candied lemon and other more fibrous flavors of sugar cane and grated ginger first take over the entire taste space. Gradually, it evolves towards more lactic and fruity tones (milk flan, flambéed banana).

Finish: Long, smooth. The tasting continues, highlighting the extreme delicacy of an almost sensual touch on the palate.
