This is an exceptional rum from Fiji. Distilled in 2004, in a pot still at South Pacific Distillery. Aged for 21 years, in an ex-Bourbon barrel.

Nose: A very fruity and slightly floral nose.

Palate: On the palate, the fruits are gourmet and concentrated, accompanied by notes of vanilla and brown sugar.

Finish: The finish is persistent while remaining greedy, with ripe peach, chlorophyll notes that bring a little freshness, and a light woody.
