This was distilled on the 19th November 1997, and it was filled into hogsheads. On the 2nd May 2007, it was reracked into a Chateauneuf du Pape hogshead, before it was bottled on the 18th April 2011.

Nose: Refreshing aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
