A single serve 20cl bottle of Jade 1901, the second absinthe release by the Combier Distillery in Saumur and Ted Breaux, American absinthe expert. Together they recreated the liquid from a 19th century sample of the notorious anise-flavoured spirit.

Nose: Satisfying and charming aromas.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Finish: Finishing up with prickles of peppery warmth.

Jade Liqueurs was founded in 2000 by T.A. Breaux founded. The scientist has been studying the mysteries and myths of absinthe for over a decade. Researching forgotten and overlooked documents around the globe, he unearthed the truth of this fabled spirit.
