Tennessee 11-Year-Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company Bourbon Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich notes of caramelised brown sugar, toasted oak, and creamy vanilla join cinnamon spiced apples, buttery pastry, and gingersnaps.

Palate: Caramelised nuts open the way, with rich layers of buttery oak char leading to earthy notes of vanilla and tobacco.

Finish: Cigar box spice, a hint of sweet maple syrup, oaken vanilla, and ginger.
