Nose: Candied ginger, seashells, and dried, spiced fruit are backed by coastal waves of sea spray and beach bonfire.

Palate: Robust and earthy, with burnt coffee grounds, bold peat smoke, and dustings of cocoa and cinnamon. Sticky, stewed stone fruits join in the depths, with salted dark chocolate in tow.

Finish: Powerful layers of coastal smoke, charred seaweed, espresso, and meaty malt join cakey spice, chocolate peanuts, and toasted peppercorns.
