The botanicals used in Micil Irish Gin are pot distilled rather than added after distillation, and include bog myrtle, hawberry, heather, and the very same locally-picked Connemara bogbean used in Micil Irish Poitín. We can't deny we're also a fan of the rather vintage-looking green bottle.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: A rich and fragrant bouquet, juniper, heather and bog myrtle fade into sweeter liquorice, rhubarb tang, a handful of blackberries and a scattering of spices.

Finish: Rich and smooth.
