Nose: Honeyed dates and dark chocolate lead the way, with earthy malt and salted caramel in tow.
Palate: Juicy sultanas, runny honey, and jammy, sweet red fruits are backed by rich oak and vanilla.
Finish: Stewed raspberries, cherry pastries, a touch of peppery oak.

The plans for the distillery began in 2012, after a group of entrepreneurs: Gal Kalkshtein, the owner of the distillery, along with Amit Dror, Simon Fried, and Roee and Naama Licht decided to establish the first whisky distillery in Israel.
