With its distinctive square edged bottle its fits neatly into the refrigerator door. Their Creme de Cassis de Dijon provides the ideal base for a "Vin Blanc Cassis" - the second most popular aperitif in France. (For the best results mix 1 part Creme de Cassis de Dijon with 4 parts of dry white Burgundy Aligote)The high fruit concentration in the Creme de Cassis means that you can use half the amount you would normally need. This means that your aperitif will be fruitier, not over sweet and more economical to make.

Nose: Slightly sharp, characteristic of blackcurrant juice.

Palate: Sweet, smooth and intense, slightly acidic, characteristic of blackcurrant bud.
