The Dalmore Constellation Collection brings together the complete spectrum of vintages from the years 1964-1992 for the very first time. Created by Master Distiller Richard Paterson, this collection of single casks is highly sought after by collectors around the globe. Distilled in 1979 and matured for all 33 years of its life in a single American white oak cask, this Highland single malt has been bottled at a strength of 48.5% abv.

Nose: Honey, peaches, nectarines and vanilla ice cream. Followed by notes of fresh apple, pear, apricots and lemongrass.
Palate: Spicy pineapple, tropical fruit salad and caramel fudge with flashes of lemon cake, frangipane, rose hip syrup and macaroons.
Finish: Bramley apples with peaches and cream,Turkish delight, spiced sherbet and kiwi fruits.
Distillery Information
"The Dalmore" Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
