Aged on the island of Yakushima, located in the south of Japan , this version produced by the Tsunuki distillery shines with the maturity of expression of its chromatic, aromatic and taste palette.

Nose: On the nose, it is exuberant on vanilla, coppery yellow fruits.

Palate: Massive, whole mouth. With a slightly fruity, acidic and herbaceous entry in the mouth on a mixture of ferns which tends towards the potato and the cereal.

Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.

Distillery Information

At first, La Maison du Whisky concentrated on distributing to cafés, hotel bars, cabarets and restaurants before expanding to retail with its first store on Rue Saint-Didier in the 16th arrondissement of Paris in 1961. La Maison du Whisky quickly developed its expertise in the field and became a household name.
