Charles Goodnight Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This high-rye Bourbon from Kentucky is aged about 6 years in highly charred barrels and bottled at 100 proof. It’s released in small batches in just a handful of states, and has a “tough as leather, smooth as velvet” character.

Nose: Hops, honey, citrus.

Palate: Hops, vanilla, coffee.

Finish: Long, dry and hoppy.

Distillery Information

Goodnight Bourbon is made from the finest offerings of corn, rye and barley malt. Pure water straight from the Kentucky River is used to cook the grains during the mashing and malting stages. It’s the malt that converts the grains starch into those glorious sugars needed for distillation.
