Crafted from a selection of rum distillates aged for 5 to 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels, the rum is meticulously blended to achieve the optimal balance of flavor and texture before finished in Italian white oak casks that previously held Mancino Vermouth Vecchio imparting it with a crisp and refreshingly fruity character which is then brought to proof and bottled.

Nose: Each sip of this rum begins with a light and fragrant nose of spiced pumpkin loaf, anise, white wine, and bitter herbs.

Palate: This is then immediately followed by a more classic rum palate of coconut, vanilla, ripe fruits, syrupy berries, baking spices, and savory cedar.

Finish: A sweet, lingering finish of white wine and sweet spices.
