Arriving in the UK in 1984 and carefully matured by Delamain, this vintage-dated cognac remained in barrels at Howells of Bristol until its bottling in 2003. Despite its considerable age, the cognac presents a fresh, floral, and fruit-forward profile, with prominent apricot and peach notes emanating from the glass. With time, a layer of smokiness begins to emerge, and a subtle touch of rancio contributes to its overall complexity. The finish is characterized by soft yet persistent woody caramel nuances.
