The whisky itself was distilled back in July 2009, and left to age in a pair of first use hogsheads for 11 years. Following that, Signatory came and bottled it up in November 2020 at 46% ABV.

Nose: Richly honeyed, with hints of sawdust and waffles topped with maple syrup in the background.
Palate: Lemon zest, spicy cedar, nutty brown bread, star anise, pear skin.
Finish: Crunchy brown sugar, blackberry leaf, and a hint of maraschino.
