A finely matured Islay single malt aged 21 years, initially in ex‑Oloroso sherry casks and further finished for 21 months in hand‑selected Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, bottled at full cask strength.

Nose: Rich dried fruit, treacle toffee, brown sugar, hints of walnut, leather and a subtle sea‑spray salinity.
Palate: PX‑soaked raisins, chocolate cherries, roasted nuts, espresso, and warming cinnamon and clove.
Finish: Long and warming with dark chocolate, prunes and a touch of coastal salt.

Bunnahabhain, located on the remote northeastern coast of Islay, is known for its unpeated, robust spirit which is well‑suited to deep sherry cask maturation. This 2025 Edition of the 21 Year Old Cask Strength release is limited (2,568 bottles globally) and represents the distillery’s commitment to age, cask precision and place‑driven character.
