This 1978-vintage Glenlassaugh single malt was bottled in 2018 by Signatory Vintage for its 30th Anniversary series after four decades maturing in a single cask.

Nose: Some floral and malty hints.
Palate: Firm, powerful. A well-balanced attack gives equal footing to aromas of peat, smoke, spices.
Finish: This is a very light and refreshing malt.
Distillery Information
The Glenglassaugh distillery is a malt scotch whisky distillery which restarted production in November 2008 after being acquired by an independent investment group. Following a complete refurbishment by the new owners the distillery was re-opened on 24 November 2008 by the First Minister for Scotland Alex Salmond.
