An 8 year old single malt from the Glenturret Distillery, which has been lovingly independently bottled by North Star Spirits. This one was distilled back in 2010 and aged in a refill hogshead until March 2019, when it was bottled at cask strength with a small outturn of only 330 bottles.

Nose: Forest floor earthy notes and bright peels.
Palate: Peanut brittle, blueberry muffins and buttery pancakes.
Finish: A touch of grain sweetness, balanced by softly smoky spice.
Distillery Information
The Glenturret Distillery is located on the banks of the Turret River two miles north west of Crieff in Perthshire, Scotland. The distillery is hidden in the glen and its secluded location may have contributed to its early history as the site of several illicit bothy stills
