Proof And Wood 3/2 Pot Still Rum uses 3 barrels of rum. Pot distilled in Jamaica. Aged in Jamaica for 3 years in former bourbon barrels. After this is finished in former Rye Barrels in Kentucky for another 2 years.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Smooth & lingering.
