Finish: Long, warming and dry-sweet: lingering oak char, a touch of spice, dark malt, and a satisfying bourbon hug that stays present.

Their mashbill for this wheated bourbon combines local artisan corn, harvest wheat, and dark-toast malted barley — an unusual choice that gives this whiskey unique depth.
