Ron del Barrilito has been made by a single family, in the same place and in very much the same way for well over a century. Since 1880, the Femández family has been crafting the finest aged rum at Hacienda Santa Ana in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Only two product varieties have been made throughout these 130 years: Two Stars (aged for at least 3 to 5 years) and Three Stars (aged between 6 and 10 years). But this year, for the first time in the brand's history, Ron del Barrilito will release an extremely limited edition featuring a one-of-a-kind-blend of rums of up to 35 years old. Imagine the result of Hacienda Santa Ana's time-honored methods, but with the exceptional smoothness that only three decades of aging can bring. Nose: Full Body With Strong Wood Backbone. Aromas Of Plums, Bananas, Almonds, Vainilla, And Caramelized Sugar Cane.

Founded in the 1797 Hacienda Santa Ana, home of the renowned Ron del Barrilito Two and Three Stars, Edmundo B. Fernandez, Inc. announced the worldwide launch in the coming weeks of Ron del Barrilito Five Stars. This is the first collectible edition of rum presented by Ron del Barrilito in more than 138 years, establishing a new era of the supreme quality of Puerto Rican rums.
