Flying Dutchman 8 Year Old That Boutique-y Rum Company | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Orange peels, plump sultanas, tropical pineapple, and vanilla fudge.

Palate: Sweet and oily, with handfuls of juicy raisins and sultanas, stone fruits, and set honey.

Finish: Milk chocolate and honey tail off with notes of earthy oak, oily nuts, black tea, and cracked peppercorns.

Distillery Information

Zuidam Distillers was started back in 1975 by Fred van Zuidam. The idea was to start a small distillery that only produced very exclusive products. He build a small distillery of 300 square meters with 1 small copper still and 1 small production line.
