Aged in first-fill bourbon barrels, this was distilled back in 2007, which is the same year that the film Ratatouille came out, to give you some context on what 13 years "feels" like.

Nose: Fragrant fruits, melon, vanilla, and gentle oak.
Palate: Wonderfully creamy, hints of lemon meringue crossed with subtle grassy, vegetal notes.
Finish: Light, bright and fruity, hints of butterscotch and vanilla.
