Valentine Distilling 'Mayor Pingree' Red Label 6 Year Single Barrel Woods Wholesale Selection Straight Bourbon is a limited release from the company's "premium" barrel selection. Made from 6 year old, 80% corn, 20% rye, and distilled at a lower proof, this bourbon is aged in a charred oak barrel and bottled at 114 proof. The color is dark amber with an orange hue.

Nose: The nose is full of caramel, vanilla, and a touch of honey.
