The Speyside 21 Year Old (D.1999, B.2020) Douglas Laing's Old Particular is an exceptional single cask whisky aged for 21 years in a refill barrel. The whisky was distilled on the 12th of April 1999 and bottled on the 14th of August 2020. This whisky has a deep, rich and complex palate with notes of honey, sherry, sweet spices, and dried fruits, as well as a hint of chocolate and smoke. The finish is long and warming with a pleasant sweetness. This whisky is perfect for sipping neat or with a drop of water.
