Today, the estate produces around 60,000 to 70,000 bottles annually, focusing on native varieties such as Vermentino, Pigato, Rossese, and a rosé, along with grappa and extra virgin olive oil. The vineyards lie at about 150 meters above sea level, on well-exposed, ventilated slopes ideal for grape cultivation. After Laura's passing in 2009, her son Marco Rizzo, his wife Carla, and their daughter Bianca—an AIS-certified sommelier—took over the operation, continuing her legacy with care and innovation.
