The estate controls around 120 hectares (297 acres) of vineyards and makes a wide portfolio of wines from all of the principal varieties of the region. Unsurprisingly, Barolo forms the heart of the range. The flagship single-vineyard wine is the Barolo Cannubi, from a large holding in the famous vineyard. The Barolo Riserva is made from various parcels vinified separately then blended after aging. Winemaking combines the modern and traditional; depending on the wine, large Slavonian oak casks between 3000 and 18000 liters might be combined for aging purposes with barriques or stainless steel tanks.
