The Solist series consisting of single cask editions debuted in 2009 and drew the world's attention to Taiwanese whisky. The Solist presented here is a whisky aged in a Fino sherry barrel no. FI 130528019A and bottled at barrel strength (58.6% abv) in an edition of 332 liter bottles. Fino Sherry, the lightest in color and the driest of all sherries from Jerez, is produced from the Palomino grape variety.
