Notas de cata de whisky High West Bourye

Nariz: Rica y dulce, con vainilla, peras, manzanas asadas y especias de centeno.

Boca: Variedad completa de especias para hornear (nuez moscada, clavo, canela) junto con azúcar moreno, un dulzor de vainilla más rico y carbón.

Final: Largo y de comienzo picante, ofreciendo más notas de centeno, melaza, pimienta negra, roble astringente y madera de cedro.
