It makes several red blends, with Merlot being the most significant variety. The property covers 30 hectares (74 acres) with 21 hectares (52 acres) under vine. The grand vin is predominantly Merlot, roughly 70 percent, with the rest being divided similarly between Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Half of the fruit harvested is fermented in stainless steel and half in cement vats. The wine is then aged for 18 months with 30 percent of the blend in new oak, 20 percent in used barrels, and 50 percent in cement vats. A small-production prestige wine was added to the catalog in 1998 called the Cuvée Jean Gabriel.
