There is no room for mechanisation or industrial ways here. That may seem crazy and not very rational, but it was and still is for me the one condition that brings meaning and nobility to farming.\" After converting Delas's Hermitage vineyard to organic farming, Aymeric Paillard managed to aquire a prime 4ha vineyard just to the North of Tournon, to which he has now added another small vineyard nearby, and another in Cornas.
