A glass-encased continuous exposed column still is the distillery’s focal point along with the sloping glass facade. The office portion of the project was turned into a kitchen and 2-story tasting room. The warehouse portion was re-purposed into a full production distillery and shipping facility. All distillery equipment was anchored and new mezzanines and offices were added for additional staff and storage capacity.
