Palate: Robust rye character with pepper‑and‑spice notes, complemented by sweet undertones of toffee or brown sugar, a smooth oakiness and perhaps some candied citrus or dried stone fruit.

Finish: Medium to long finish—spicy rye warmth giving way to oak tannin, gentle sweetness and a lingering, well‑tempered dryness.
