So viticulture was, so to speak, in their cradle. So the logical, almost natural consequence of their marriage was their own winery. In 2007 they started with a meagre 10,000 bottles, and today they produce about 15 different wines from famous single vineyard such as Supperin, Loibenberg, Kellerberg or Pfaffenberg on about 14 hectares of vineyards year after year.In the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Wachau, these sites - cultivated sustainably and with respect for nature - produce wines that do justice to their special origins in every respect: nothing for quick enjoyment, but demanding attention and passion.In the cellar, there is as little intervention as possible, because it is allowed and not made.
