Additional holdings include premier cru plots in Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Maranges itself (in particular, 50 percent of the Clos de la Boutière vineyard).The Bachelet brothers are descended from a long-line of Burgundian winemakers, and together they cultivate a combination of family-owned and leased vineyards covering a total of 20 appellations and producing 8300 cases of wine per year.No herbicides are used in the farming of the vineyards and yields are kept purposefully low through debudding.
