Los granos se trituran con agua caliente extraída de un acuífero cercano a una temperatura controlada durante aproximadamente 6 a 7 horas, y el líquido resultante se enfría y fermenta. Luego, el producto lavado se destila tres veces y se vierte en una mezcla de barricas de madera de primer uso que anteriormente contenían Kentucky Bourbon o Oloroso Sherry. Después de madurar durante cinco años, este whisky de lotes pequeños se mezcla y se embotella con un 43 % ABV.
