El whisky bourbon puro de Clyde May se elabora en homenaje al homónimo de la marca, un hombre que era a la vez destilador de licor ilegal y artesano meticuloso. El lanzamiento es un whisky de cinco años que se añejó en barriles muy carbonizados, se embotelló a 92 grados y se filtró sin enfriar.

Nariz: Roble, vainilla, azúcar moreno y pastel de migas de manzana.
Paladar: Notas de fresa, albaricoque horneado y nuez moscada.
