Single malt de nueve años de Teaninich, destilado en 2013 y madurado en barrica de roble europeo hasta 2023, cuando fue lanzado de forma independiente por Càrn Mòr. Un total de 1.174 botellas se suman a la colección Strictly Limited.

Nariz: bollería fresca, vaina de vainilla, melocotón tierno y albaricoque.

Boca: Brioche con mantequilla y un chorrito de miel líquida, frutas del huerto cocidas y suaves especias de roble.

Final: Las suaves frutas de hueso persisten, con roble fragante, malta de galleta y una pizca de pimienta.

Información de la destilería

La destilería Teaninich está rodeada de misterio. Fundado en 1817, el productor de whisky de pura malta Highland tiene hoy una capacidad anual de 10,2 millones de litros y destila marcas como Haig Dimple, VAT 69 y Johnnie Walker. A pesar de su tamaño y estatura (es la tercera destilería de whisky más grande de Diageo, con una superficie de más de 20 acres), no hay mucho sobre Teaninich como whisky por derecho propio, lo cual es una lástima ya que el líquido exuda tanto carácter y cuerpo. como sus dos ilustres vecinos cercanos: Dalmore y Glenmorangie.
