Yamazaki 18 años es un single malt japonés galardonado. El legendario joven de 18 años de Yamazaki obtuvo un Oro en el International Spirits Challenge 2007 y un Doble Oro en el San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2005. Siendo uno de los productos más populares de Suntory.

Nariz: Trufas, mermelada espesa amarga y resina. Popurrí y jerez oloroso denso.

Boca: Un paladar rico y agridulce con raíces de brezo, hojas de cigarro, miel, manzanas acarameladas, vino de ciruela y pimienta negra.

Final: Final largo, afrutado y con mermelada.

La destilería Yamazaki es la primera y más antigua destilería de whisky de malta de Japón, fundada en 1923 por el fundador de Suntory, Shinjiro Torii.
