That danger, however, is accompanied by exceptional flavor and profile. This mezcal is only released in incredibly small batches. The agaves in Lot 2 were sourced in Santa Maria Zoquitlan, Oaxaca and the resulting mezcal was rested in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
