Este single malt de edición limitada se lanzó para celebrar los 125 años de la destilería Knockdhu, hogar del whisky anCnoc. Destilado de cebada molida a 40 ppm, este whisky de pura malta de las Tierras Altas se ha madurado en barricas antiguas de bourbon antes de terminarse en barricas de jerez y embotellarse al 46 % vol.

Nariz: Tostados de roble y embutidos con ráfagas de turba.
Boca: Turbio y ligeramente medicinal con notas dulces de caramelo.
Final: Pasas y humo persistente.
Información de la destilería
Situada en el pintoresco pueblo de Knock, en la región de las Tierras Altas de Escocia, la destilería Knockdhu fue fundada en 1892 por John Morrison. En ese momento, la destilería estaba rodeada de acres de cebada fresca y turba, y disfrutaba de fácil acceso al agua pura de manantial y al Gran Ferrocarril del Norte. Cuando Morrison completó la construcción de la destilería en 1894, Knockdhu era considerada la destilería más moderna y mejor equipada de su época.
