Don Ignacio Hernández Gutiérrez y su familia habían estado cultivando agave durante décadas antes de decidirse a producir su propio tequila. Establecieron Casa Don Nacho en 2003 (NOM 1508 Fábrica de Tequila Don Nacho) y gestionan todo el proceso de producción, desde el cultivo hasta la destilación y el embotellado. Su tequila añejo homónimo está elaborado 100% con agave weber azul cultivado en la región de Los Altos de Jalisco, México. Tras doble destilación envejece durante 24 meses en barricas de roble blanco americano.

Nariz: Un toque herbáceo, frutos secos y amaderados.

Boca: Vainilla, avellana, frutos secos como pasas, nueces etc.

Final: Final largo y limpio.
