Doble destilado de 100% agave Espadín cultivado en La Compañía Ejutla, tostado en hornos de pozo sobre roble mezquite, fermentado en tinas de madera al aire libre y doble destilado en alambiques de cobre.

Notas de Cata de Mezcal Nuestra Soledad Ejutla

Nariz: Abre con aromas frutales, con mezquite y sal al final.

Boca: Sabores de agave asado y pimiento verde, acompañados de un rastro de salinidad.

Final: Brillante y refinado, con notas oligominerales.
