Palate: Smooth and full-bodied, with toffee, vanilla, brown sugar and molasses layered with chocolate, dried fruit and soft oak. Subtle cinnamon and pepper add warmth and balance.

Finish: Long, warm and sweet, leaving lingering vanilla, caramel, cocoa, molasses and gentle spice.
