Los viñedos de Laubade se encuentran entre los de mayor crecimiento de la región de Bas Armagnac. Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard y Folle Blanche se cultivan mediante métodos orgánicos, luego se vinifican y destilan en el castillo antes de su maduración. El roble utilizado es el de Gascuña, recolectado de los bosques locales, secado al aire libre durante tres años y luego ensamblado en barricas; la tonelería produce más de 150 al año.
